Deposits

Grand Lake Cottages’ policy for deposits requires a 20% prepayment of the total cottage rental rate (less taxes) or $100.00 minimum whichever is more, to be made within two weeks of making a reservation. If mailing a personal check or money order, please make checks payable to Grand Lake Cottages, and mail to Grand Lake Cottages, 2466 Forest City Road, Forest City Township, Maine, 04413.

cancellation policy

The deposit is refundable if cancellation is made within 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations. Upon check-in you will be billed for your entire stay.

Smoking policy

Smoking any kind of substance is prohibited in the cottages.

The small cottages

One bedroom

We have two cottages on the property with one bedroom that has two single beds. The smaller cottages can sleep up to 3 guests comfortably, but additional fees apply after 2 guests.

The Larger cottages

Two bedroom

We have four cottages on the property with two bedrooms that has two single beds in each room. The larger cottages can sleep up to 5 guests comfortably, but additional fees apply after 4 guests.
